Anil has been a practicing attorney for over 28 years. Admitted in 1987 by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the State of New York, he specializes in US Immigration and Nationality Law, both corporate and family. Since the beginning of his US law career, Mr. Jethmalani has been specializing in the practice of US Immigration and Nationality law and has a profound passion for the field of immigration law. Mr. Jethmalani has long been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and past President of Association of American Immigration Lawyers of the Indian Sub-Continent.

Cyrus S Nallaseth
Cyrus, a dynamic lawyer, who has more than 25 years of experience in the legal and immigration field, is the founder partner of our firm. He graduated from the Missouri State University with a Master’s in Business Administration. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Bombay. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Eastern & Southern Federal District Courts, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, and is also admitted to the Bar in India.

Shireen Sethna
Shireen is an Advocate on record with the Maharashtra Bar Council, India. She completed her graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India majoring in Economics. Thereafter she read Law at Selwyn College, Cambridge University, UK. She had over 4 years of experience in corporate law and was an Advocate Assistant with M/s Crawford Bayley in Mumbai before focusing on this niche practice of US Immigration law. She has been heading the Mumbai office since its incorporation in August 2000.

Duygu Kiyak
Duygu is an attorney with our U.S. office. She has studied and practiced law in France and Turkey working with corporate law and litigation departments of international law firms. She also has a Ph.D. degree in Private International Law from Istanbul Bilgi University and an LL.M. degree in International Business Regulations, Litigation, and Arbitration from New York University School of Law. Duygu advises both individuals and corporate clients on Immigrant Visas (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5) including PERM and Nonimmigrant Visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, R-1, E-1, E-2) helping them navigate complex immigration issues.
